Commercial Garage Door Technician (Devner, CO)

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for a FULL-TIME TECHNICIANS for a locally owned material handling company. We are seeking experienced Field Technicians to service dock levelers, overhead doors, high speed doors, and other warehouse equipment.
1 + years’ experience working on warehouse doors is a plus. Training will be provided.
Must have good selection of tools, clean MVR and the ability to complete paperwork and timecards on a daily basis.
Experience with loading dock equipment maintenance, installation and repair is a plus. Must be able to troubleshoot and repair hydraulics, motors, doors, levelers, vehicle restraints, etc. Must have electrical experience in reading voltages, diagnosing electrical components, and tracing wires. Welding experience is required.
Candidate will safely travel to the customer's location, locate the equipment requiring service, diagnose the problem with the equipment, communicate with the customer both verbally and in writing to explain the needed repairs, get approval on repair work and proceed accordingly with the repairs. Simply being able to "fix" the equipment is only a part of this job. We are not looking for someone to simply repair docks and doors. The successful candidate will be able to complete this process on a continual basis.

SALES COORDINATOR – Alpine – Denver, CO

Full-Time SALES COORDINATOR needed for a locally owned, fast-paced rack and shelving company in Denver. Candidate must have at least 2 years customer service, sales administrative experience, phone skills, basic data entry/keyboarding skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and be able to multi-task. Must be able to show up on time, be self-motivated and a self-starter, reliable, detail-oriented and have the ability to work independently as well as be a team player.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


    Customer Service:
  • Answering incoming calls and greeting and welcoming all walk-in customers, vendors, and sales staff
  • Obtaining pertinent information regarding product inquiry, contact information, and time frame of need in order to process and provide for requests most efficiently

  • Product Quoting:
  • Researching requests for in-house, factory direct, or local vendor products to include freight quotes
  • Researching customer requested product inquiries with several vendors to obtain comparison pricing for the best discounts available in an effort to maximize gross profitability and provide the customer with a quality product at the most competitive resale price
  • Generating proposals

  • New Order Entry:
  • Entering orders into computer database
  • Generating Delivery Tickets for warehouse crew to pull and prep product, advising of any necessary modifications required and checking pulled order/ product before it is delivered.
  • Creating work orders for necessary product modifications for accurate billable time per product
  • Data entry into excel spreadsheets
  • Generating purchase orders

  • Coordination:
  • Scheduling customer will calls and deliverie
  • Obtaining install quotes and scheduling availability with contractors on product installs
  • Collaborating with sales professionals and customers to schedule installs in coordination with product delivery dates

  • Freight:
  • Obtaining freight quotes from several sources
  • Coordinating freight scheduling
  • Generating Bill of Lading
  • Processing freight claims

  • Other:
  • Overseeing general warehouse functions
  • Submitting payroll hours to corporate office

Full-time Website Specialist needed for a locally owned forklift dealership in Denver. Candidate must have excellent technical skills. Must be self-motivated, organized, trustworthy, detail-oriented, have excellent written and verbal communication, be able to work under little supervision and be a team player.
