Administrative Assistant – Denver, CO
Full-Time ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT needed for the Marketing Department at a locally owned forklift dealership in Denver. 2+ years’ experience. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint). Knowledge of Goldmine is preferred. Will place monthly form orders for all branches; maintain Goldmine; data entry; generate reports; assist in all aspects of advertising, marketing communications, open houses, trade shows and other functions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting in all areas of Marketing. Candidate must be reliable, have great communication skills, detail-oriented and be able to multi-task. Must be self-motivated, have the ability to work independently and be a team player.
