PARTS SPECIALIST – El Paso

Full-Time PARTS SPECIALIST needed for a locally owned, fast-paced forklift dealership in El Paso. Candidate must have at least three (3) years Parts experience, phone skills, basic data entry/keyboarding skills, proficient oral and written communication skills, strong customer service background, ability to multitask, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong forklift equipment parts background a plus. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently as well as be a team player.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Taking customer parts calls and looking up info on various computer systems
  • Assisting walk-in business
  • Researching and selling parts and accessories to meet customer needs
  • Verifying stock availability and processing orders
  • Supplying Service Technicians with parts as required
